PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REGISTRATION OR FEES FOR THE VOGALONGA, which must be done directly through the Vogalonga website www.vogalonga.com.
Important
If there is a multiple entry of a crew Open, Mixed and Women’s of the same Club (or 2 teams Open, Mixed of Women’s of the same Club), a 50% discount on the entry of the second and/or third crew will apply (eg.1 = Open + Mixed, cost €600 + €300, tot. € 900; eg.2 = Open + Mixed + Women’s, cost € 600 + € 300 + € 300, tot. € 1200). The boat hire fee will be charged for only the hire of 1 boat. If the same Club wishes to register a fourth team, the registration will be free. Payment must made in full and the discounts applicable will be refunded during the Festival.
Package “A” – Extra Notes and Services
The crew must use their own boat provided it is IDBF/ICF spec approved.
The boat must be moored at the Festival site by 16:00 (4pm) on the 24.05.2011. There will be a security service until the end of the Festival. Once the Festival ends, the boat must be removed.
(A.1) The Organising Committee offers a transport service for the dragon boats from Venezia Mestre – Punta San Giuliano to the Festival site, upon specific request, on the 23.05 and 24.05. Two (2) members of the Crew MUST accompany the boat. The cost of the transport (one way) is € 80,00 per boat. The eventual cost for leaving the trailer at San Giuliano is not included in this service.
(A.2) The Organising Committee offers the possibility of mooring the boat at the Festival site AFTER the end of the Festival (ie Saturday 26.05 and Sunday 27.05) at a cost of € 80,00 per day (total €160,00).
(A.3) The Organising Committee offers a transport service for the dragon boats from the Festival site to Venezia Mestre – Punta S. Giuliano, upon specific request, on the 27.05 and 28.05. Two (2) members of the Crew MUST accompany the boat. The cost of the transport (one way) is € 80,00 per boat.

Entries
Registration opens: 15 December 2011.
Entries Close: Once the maximum number of 72 teams has been reached. Extra teams will be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
The first 20 crews to register for the Festival will participate in the opening ceremony in the Grand Canal.
